massage for everyone, even if you don’t feel sporty or athletic.
I specialise in massage for runners. As a member of a running club, I understand what runners need
from a massage therapist and I have plenty of experience of getting stiff and worn-out athletes back
on their feet. But I can offer massage to help with most other sports too, and I am experienced in
back-and-shoulder massage to help with posture at work.
